Purpose and content of industrial chiller maintenance
1. Purpose of maintenance
In the whole process of application, in addition to effectively carrying out the actual operation, the piston refrigeration unit of industrial water chiller also needs frequent maintenance and repair work, so as to ensure that the refrigeration unit is in good working condition. Generally, the key to the normal operation of a piston refrigeration unit lies in the following elements:
(1) During normal operation, the air inlet system of the refrigeration unit shall be unblocked. The change of main parameters such as working pressure and temperature of suction and exhaust pipes of refrigeration unit should comply with the provisions of all normal working conditions.
(2) During the installation, overhaul and maintenance work, the assembly line, the level of spare parts and the production and manufacturing of the refrigeration unit at each operation position shall meet the requirements, so that the refrigeration unit has excellent gas gathering station characteristics.
The actual operation and maintenance should be effectively integrated. In the operation of machinery and equipment, the problems that are difficult to solve should be adjusted according to the actual operation. After stopping the operation, the problems should be handled according to the maintenance method. The purpose of maintenance is to inspect the damage or destruction of parts and components according to the disassembly, cleaning and inspection of the parts and components of machinery and equipment, and repair the parts and components by means of maintenance or replacement of parts and components, so as to ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration compressor and increase the service life of machinery and equipment.
There are two kinds of maintenance of machinery and equipment, namely scheme maintenance and safety accident maintenance. Scheme maintenance is divided into large and medium maintenance according to the length of implementation time. Safety accident maintenance is the immediate maintenance when there is a safety accident.

When carrying out maintenance, the maintenance content includes the content of equipment overhaul and maintenance, and the equipment overhaul includes the content of maintenance.
（2） Preparation before maintenance
1. Staff prepare in advance
It is convenient to enhance the sense of responsibility and technical professional skills of the actual operation staff. The maintenance work of the refrigeration unit is usually carried out by the refrigeration maintenance workers and operators. The maintenance team leader shall be responsible for the overhaul of the equipment, and the refrigeration maintenance workers shall carry out the overhaul. The maintenance of machinery and equipment must be carried out with the cooperation of multiple technical types of work, which should be undertaken by the leading cadres of the enterprise. With the participation of professional technology, the effective organization and configuration of the actual operation staff of the maintenance should be carried out, and the division of responsibilities should be carried out, so as to facilitate the orderly development of the maintenance work of machinery and equipment.
2. Preparation of spare parts and maintenance raw materials in advance
All kinds of spare parts such as pump housing, engine piston, connecting rod bolt, short end shaft sleeve, cylinder sleeve, main rolling bearing, water pump sealing ring, silicone sealing ring, gasket, piston rod and cylinder sleeve shall be prepared in advance.
Prepare all kinds of auxiliary materials needed for maintenance in advance, such as sand cloth, vehicle gasoline, gasoline, refrigerator oil, oil baffle, water sandpaper, grinding paper and grindstone. Pay attention to the storage of vehicle gasoline, gasoline and other explosive materials used for cleaning machine and equipment parts to prevent fire accidents.
3. Preparation in advance for maintenance work
All kinds of special tools and machinery equipment for maintenance shall be prepared in advance, such as lifting bolt, socket wrench, adjustable wrench, hand saw, pointed nose pliers, hammer, screwdriver, pipe wrench and other general fitter tools. In addition, micrometer, diameter micrometer, inner diameter dial gauge, diameter gauge, structure level and other tools should be prepared in advance.
