1. Hydrostatic pressure test of inlet and outlet
At that time, the water flow and the working pressure of the water inlet of the industrial refrigerator must be tested, and then the user manual should be consulted to see how much the water flow is under the basic condition, so as to distinguish whether everything of the refrigeration unit is normal, which section of plastic hose has a slightly higher working pressure, so as to clearly put forward relative rectification opinions and actions.
2. Current measurement of circulating water pump in operation
In operation, the industrial refrigerator can compare the current value in the circulating water pump with the rated current of the water storage tank itself. In this way, it can distinguish whether the current value is large or small, and can test the water system software at any time.
3. Temperature measurement of inlet and outlet
When the water storage tank was in use, 30 minutes after the start-up, the temperature meter at the water inlet and outlet of the system software was checked according to the control system of the generator unit, which could load the leakage temperature and water flow temperature of the industrial low-temperature refrigeration unit. It was necessary to ensure that the water leakage temperature difference could not be too large. If it was too large, the water flow would be small, It will make the industrial low-temperature refrigeration unit can not operate normally
4. Forced suction temperature measurement of copper tube in refrigeration unit
When the industrial refrigerator was used, if the forced suction temperature of the refrigeration unit was lower than 0 ℃ after 30 minutes of operation, it indicated that the water flow in the heat exchanger did not exceed a fixed value, which would easily lead to the decrease of the evaporation power, and would lead to the absorption reaction of the refrigerant in the whole process of the air conditioning evaporator injecting into the refrigeration unit, The forced suction temperature of refrigeration unit is lower than 0 ℃.
