From Materials to Finished Equipment 

Production Process

 

 

Step 1: Material Preparation

Materials and purchased components are prepared according to the confirmed product configuration.

Step 2: Metal and Pipe Processing

Panels, housings, frames, and pipes are cut, bent, drilled, expanded, and prepared for assembly.

Step 3: Welding and Assembly

Frames, tanks, refrigeration components, pumps, valves, and piping are installed.

Step 4: Electrical Installation

Control panels, sensors, wiring, alarms, and protection devices are installed and checked.

Step 5: System Testing

The refrigeration, water-circulation, and control systems are tested before delivery.

Step 6: Final Inspection and Packaging

The product configuration, appearance, accessories, documents, and packaging are checked before shipment.
