The dedicated Air Cooler for PP/PE Powder Grinding is a specialized cooling device designed for the grinding process of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) plastics.
The core function of the RICOM grinding-specific air cooler is to address the high temperatures generated during the operation of the grinding machine, ensuring stable equipment operation and improving powder quality. It is also designed to match the working parameters, installation space,
and powder characteristics of the grinding machine. It is a critical auxiliary equipment in grinding production lines and is widely used in industries such as ore grinding, grain processing, and chemical raw material grinding.

Key Features
Anti-Condensation Design
Condensation can occur when cold air comes into contact with ambient air. If moisture drips onto the material, it may cause clumping. The air cooler features insulated air ducts and outlets with hydrophobic structures to prevent condensation from affecting product quality.
Interlocking Control
The system can be interlocked with the start/stop and speed control of the grinding mill. When the mill starts, the cooling system supplies air; when the mill stops, the system shuts down or enters standby mode, saving energy and improving convenience.
Adapted for Production & Cost-Effective
The system supports flexible configurations, such as dual machines working in tandem on large production lines for pre-cooling raw materials and cooling the grinding pool. It also supports multiple defrosting methods and intelligent temperature control for precise defrosting, reducing temperature fluctuations and energy consumption. Compared with liquid nitrogen cooling, this system uses less energy and can replace it in some scenarios, significantly reducing production costs.
