1. Internal thermostat (installed inside the compressor)
In order to prevent the 24-hour uninterrupted operation of the air chillers cooling, resulting in high-load operation of the compressor, poor electromagnetic switch, over current caused by shaft holding, etc., or motor burnout caused by the temperature of the motor, the compressor is installed inside the compressor. The internal thermostat, which is installed on the neutral contact of the three-phase motor, protects the motor by simultaneously cutting off the three phases in the event of an abnormality.
2. Electromagnetic switch
The electromagnetic switch is used to control the operation of the refrigeration compressor of the air chillers cooling. The purpose of the switch is to stop. 3. Reverse phase protector
The structure of the rotary compressor and the cylinder compressor needs to be different, because the reverse phase of the vortex reverse wind chilled water will cause the inability of hot and cold water, so the power supply is equipped with a reverse protector to compress the three-connected chiller. After the reverse phase protector is installed, it can run in positive phase, but not in reverse phase. When the reverse phase occurs, it can become positive phase as long as the two wires of the power supply are swapped.
4. Exhaust temperature protector
In order to protect the compressor under high load operation or insufficient refrigerant, it is necessary to install an exhaust temperature protector in the air-cooled chiller system. When the machine is shut down, this temperature value refers to the detected temperature of the compressor discharge pipe within 10cm from the outlet.
5. Low voltage switch
In order to protect the air chillers cooling compressor from running when the refrigerant is insufficient, a low-pressure switch is required. When it is set above 0.03mpa, the compressor will stop running. Once the compressor runs in a state of insufficient refrigerant, the temperature of the compressor part and the motor part will rise instantaneously. At this time, the low pressure switch can damage the compressor and the motor that cannot be protected by the internal thermostat and the exhaust temperature protector. Burn for protection.
6. High voltage switch
The compressor can be stopped when the high pressure pressure rises abnormally, and the operating pressure can be set below 3.0mpa.
