  What is an air cooled industrial chiller?

  The air cooled industrial chiller is pre-assembled and factory-tested package units, capable of guaranteeing high reliability under heavy duty peration with maximum functional efficiency, even in the worst environmental conditions.

  It is a refrigeration system that cools fluids and works in tandem with a facility's air handler system. A chiller has four main parts: an evaporator, compressor, condenser, and expansion valve. An air-cooled chiller works by absorbing the heat from processed water.

  HOW air cooled industrial chiller work?

  Simplicity of operation

  The air cooled industrial chiller have a very simple operating mode: the water returning from the processes passes through the evaporator by the recirculation pump.

  Thanks to the heat exchange with the refrigerant gas, it is cooled and then sent to the storage tank from where it returns to the utilities through the process pump (in some applications the tank and the pumps are separated from the chiller).

  The heat extracted is dissipated into the ambient air through the condenser and the fans.

  The set temperature is maintained by the control panel, partializing the cooling capacity supplied by the compressors based on the actual cooling load required.

  Heat Exchanging Parts

  · Generously sized aluminum fin condenser with epoxy resin coating, lowering vulnerability to ambient corrosion

  ·The use of all copper shell tube condenser and evaporator, is our standard design, only high-grade configuration can be seen. Its stability and efficiency are unmatched by other types.


  Built-in Hydronic Module

  · The unit integrates a buffer tank and a large-flow circulation pump for easy installation and use.

  · Inlet and outlet water bypass valves are equipped to adjust the water pressure as needed.

  · The water tank sight glass allows the water level and water quality to be checked at a glance.
