Water system: check whether the water system of air-cooled chiller is leaking. Whether the water inlet and outlet are dredged; whether the water pump works normally. Listen to the power on, listen to the air-cooled chiller compressor working sound is normal, there is no abnormal sound, fan, water pump working noise, noise is not too big, etc. The air-cooled chiller has slight oscillation and low noise under normal working conditions.
Refrigeration system: check whether there are cracks, damages, frosting and condensation in the refrigeration system of the air-cooled chiller. Whether there is friction between the refrigeration pipes of the air-cooled chiller and between the pipe and the shell, especially whether there is leakage at the welding place of the refrigerant pipe and the joint of the air-cooled chiller.
