When the number and location of the electronic water processor are not reasonable, the system will be corroded. Screw chiller has a strong electronegativity of water molecules can also erode scale and rust. However, if the installation quantity and location of the electronic water processor are unreasonable, it will cause serious corrosion to the water system, and its negative effect is far greater than its positive effect.

Most of the decontaminators installed are Y-type. Installed on the vertical pipe, this kind of trash remover can only collect the construction waste at the initial stage of equipment operation to prevent the waste from entering the condenser. However, the Y-type filter can not catch fine scale and rust in daily operation, so it will cause scale, sludge and other impurities in the condenser.

There is no water meter installed in the make-up pipe of cooling tower and chilled water. Because the water treatment generally adopts the chemical treatment, the chemical must be injected according to the water supplement amount and the system water quantity, so these two water meters cannot be lacked in the design.

The corrosion problem caused by unreasonable design and installation scheme.

In the industrial freezer and chilled water system, there is no quick drain valve at the outlet. At present, there is no quick drain valve installed at the end plate of industrial refrigerator in many units. The correct way is to drain the cooling system 2-3 times a week by pressing "three open, three close" from the water outlet side, and drain the chilled water system once a week by this method.

Softened water is used to make up water, because the waste liquid of sodium ion exchange regeneration causes permanent pollution to groundwater. It can be seen that the use of softened water is very harmful, so I suggest that the design department should never use softened water as make-up water when designing central air conditioning or other water systems. General water treatment chemicals should be anti scaling and anti-corrosion. In this way, the use of softened water to make up water is not a good method.
