1.Precautions for use:
The normal start-up and shut-down of the chiller must be in strict accordance with the operation instructions provided by the refrigeration manufacturer.
During the operation of the unit, the parameters shall be recorded timely and correctly. In case of alarm shutdown, the relevant personnel shall be informed in time to check the unit. If the fault cannot be eliminated, the manufacturer can be contacted directly.
During the operation of the unit, it is strictly forbidden to short the water flow switch to avoid freezing the water pipe. The machine room should be in charge of special staff. It is strictly forbidden for miscellaneous personnel to enter the machine room and operate the unit.
The machine room shall be equipped with corresponding safety protection equipment and maintenance detection tools, such as pressure gauge, thermometer, etc., and the tools shall be stored in a fixed position.
Precautions for screw chiller shutdown:
The main power switch should be cut off after the unit is shut down. During shutdown, the unit shall be covered to prevent ash accumulation, and personnel irrelevant to the unit shall not touch the machine.
If the refrigeration unit is in a long-term shutdown state, the internal water in the cold water and cooling water system should be completely drained to prevent corrosion. The end cover of water chamber shall be sealed.
When the unit is shut down for a long time, the maintenance work should be done well.
