When each chiller is installed, a layer of insulation cotton will be wrapped on the evaporator and pipes to prevent the loss of cooling capacity. Check the cooling system of the chiller for air. Check whether the moving parts of the refrigeration compressor are worn, or the gap increases, which leads to the decrease of gas transmission. The compressor is the heart of the water chiller. The poor efficiency of refrigeration compressor is also one reason. In the long-term operation of the equipment, the wear of the moving parts, the increase of the fit clearance or the lax sealing will reduce the actual gas transmission capacity and the refrigeration capacity of the compressor.
