The causes of compressor overheating are as follows:
1： Compressor load is too large, over current operation. The possible reasons are: too high cooling water temperature, too much refrigerant charging or air and other non condensable gases in the refrigeration system, which lead to large load of the compressor, such as over current and high voltage fault.
2： The electrical fault causes the compressor of the chiller to run over current. Such as three-phase power supply voltage is too low or three-phase imbalance, resulting in excessive current or a phase current; The AC contactor is damaged and the contact is ablated, resulting in too much contact current or too much current due to lack of phase.
3： The overheating protection module SSM of the refrigerator is damp or damaged, the intermediate relay is damaged, and the contact is poor, which shows that the overheating fault occurs when the refrigerator is started, and the compressor cannot be started. If the electronic board of the unit fails or the communication fails, the overheating fault may also be falsely reported.
4： The chiller is placed in a non ventilated position, and there is no ventilation distance reserved for the entrance and exit seal of the chiller. The location of the chiller is very important. It must be installed in a well ventilated place, and no sundries can be placed around the chiller, otherwise it will have a certain impact on the normal operation of the chiller.
