Causes:
There is air in the pump, the key reason is that the suction pipe is not tight, or the installation does not meet the technical standards. The joint of suction pipe, filler and negative pressure meter connector are the locations where steam leakage is easy to occur.
Solution:
If there is steam leakage in the suction pipe, it is necessary to carry out all-round inspection, find the location of the leakage, and carry out maintenance; if it is due to the design scheme, it is necessary to install the plug valve in the area where the water pump and suction pipe are likely to store the steam, so that the stored steam can be discharged when filling the pump. The industrial water chiller can be stopped first, and then restarted after a period of time. After that, the total flow alarm of the industrial water chiller will subside. It is proposed that before the start of the new mobile phone, the cooling water should be introduced into the water storage tank of the industrial water chiller to ensure that the water pump body is filled with water, and then the cooling water pipe should be connected to wait for the air inside the industrial water chiller to be discharged (about three minutes up and down) and restart the industrial water chiller. The probability of this kind of situation will be greatly reduced.
