According to the outlet water temperature, industrial chillers generally have the following categories: outlet water temperature: -25°C to -5°C; outlet water temperature: -25°C to -45°C; outlet water temperature: lower than -45°C.
According to different refrigeration forms, chillers can generally be divided into water-cooled and air-cooled. Water-cooled chillers are divided into water-cooled chillers, water-cooled brine chillers, and water-cooled glycol chillers according to different refrigerants. In daily use, many people refer to it as a water-cooled unit for short.
The water-cooled chiller realizes heat dissipation through water, that is, the shell and tube evaporator is used to exchange heat between the water and the refrigerant. Shell and tube condenser, heat exchange between refrigerant and water, so that the water absorbs heat and then takes the heat out of the external cooling tower through the water pipe to dissipate.
The air-cooled chiller adopts a fin-type condenser, and the air is forced to flow through the fan to take away the heat of the refrigerant. has certain advantages. Air-cooled chillers are suitable for use in water-deficient areas or in mobile situations, especially for small chillers that do not require much cooling capacity, mostly air-cooled chillers. In addition, for areas with poor water quality, the use of water-cooled chillers is likely to cause scaling of the condenser and blockage of water pipes. However, if the finned condenser used in the air-cooled chiller has too much dust on the surface, it will greatly affect the heat exchange efficiency. In terms of energy efficiency, the cooling capacity of water-cooled chillers is 300-500kcal/h higher than that of air-cooled chillers. The difference between air cooling and water cooling equipment.
The first is the difference in the composition of refrigeration systems.
