70KW 20RTwater cooled scroll chiller is generally used for injection molding, extrusion and blister more, and the plastic industry application of water-cooled chiller more opportunities.
Why does plastic factory use water cooled chiller more?
Because the hydraulic oil and feeding port of the injection molding machine used by the plastic factory need cooling, and this cooling needs to be configured with cooling circulating water, so there are more water coolers to choose, which has a small footprint, high energy efficiency ratio and low price.You can choose different types of water cooled chiller according to different cooling capacity
Product introduction
The compressor adopts international brands such as American “Copeland” and Japanese “Panasonic”, which greatly improves the efficiency and stability of the chiller.
Condenser (heat exchanger) adopts full copper shell tube condenser, small volume, low cost, to ensure high efficiency and energy saving.
Evaporator adopts all copper coil type and shell tube type two forms, according to customer requirements can be freely selected
The refrigerant can be R407C, R410 and R134A, etc., the unit runs without any pollution (combustion, smoke exhaust, CO2 and other harmful gases, and no waste).
