Construction and installation of scroll water-cooled chiller:
1. Vibration isolation and noise reduction measures should be considered in the installation of chillers. When installed outdoors, electrical control equipment and control cabinets should be placed indoors. The installation position of the control cabinet should be able to effectively avoid moisture and even condensation in the cabinet.
2. The concrete foundation of the chiller should be flat. When installing on the shock absorber, the pre-compression of each shock absorber should be uniform and the deviation should be less than 2mm.
3. The pipes connecting the chillers should be provided with flexible joints, and the weight of the system pipes should not be supported by the chillers.
4. The hoisting of the chiller should use the hoisting point of the equipment, and it is forbidden to tie the suspending rope on the equipment at will.
