The Matching Problem Of Chiller And Water Pump

Nowadays, many air-conditioning water system water pumps are connected in parallel, chillers are connected in parallel, and then connected in series (the same applies to the national standard atlas). If the units and water pumps have a "size configuration", how to ensure the constant flow through the large and small units? Is it okay to use a constant flow control valve? Is it better to use water pumps in series with their respective units and then in parallel with each other? Of course, the constant flow valve is also installed, but this ensures the respective flow of the large and small units. When you encounter these doubts, how should you solve them? Let's answer them for you.

This is called industrial chillers, cold water circulating pumps, cooling towers and cooling circulating water pumps in parallel. I have always disagreeed with the method of matching the size of the refrigerator and the circulating pump, and I have never done it. The benevolent sees the benevolent and the wise sees the wisdom, each has its own advantages, but a good design can always use a relatively simple system configuration to meet the basic functional requirements. Is the size of the cooling tower and the cooling water circulating pump also matched? According to the lowest possible load of the system, the load rate of a single chiller should be no less than 30%. The highest point of the COP of the chiller (including the boiler) is not the full load stage.

The industrial chillers of the two-stage pump system and the first-stage cold water circulating pump are generally matched in one-to-one correspondence. The single-stage pump system should adjust the opening of the differential pressure bypass valve according to the pressure difference between the supply and return water. When the flow of the differential pressure bypass valve exceeds the flow of a circulating water pump (generally it needs to be obtained from the temperature difference between the supply and return water) When the pressure difference bypass valve has no flow, but the real-time operating pressure difference is still lower than the set value, adding one running water pump is not related to the actual number of chillers in operation.
