1. Check the refrigeration compressor and do insulation test for the compressor motor coil.
2. Check whether the filter drier and expansion valve are normal, whether they are blocked, and replace them if necessary.
3. Check the circuit system of the unit carefully, test whether the voltage is normal, lack of phase, whether the running current is stable, and whether the interlocking control circuit device is loose or aging.
4. Check the refrigerating oil and lubricating oil system of the industrial chiller. If there is any shortage or mess, it should be supplemented or replaced.
5. After the maintenance of the whole machine, run the test machine and perform general calibration to test whether the overheating is normal and whether there is any abnormal sound in each part.
6. Check the amount of refrigerant, and replenish it in time if it is lacking. And calibrate the high and low pressure pressure switch, thermostat, measure and record whether the high and low pressure pressure and temperature control temperature are normal.
7. Cooling water towers and water pumps provide cooling circulating water. There is a basin at the bottom of the water tower, which can easily propagate algae substances, and the sundries in the water quality can be attached to the wall of the water pipe or the water basin. Therefore, it should be cleaned regularly, or in the water source. Install filters everywhere to prevent leaves and debris from entering the pipeline.
