Components Of Industrial Production Chiller

The industrial production chiller consists of three interrelated system software: refrigerant breathing system, circulating water system and home electrical automation control system software.

Refrigerant breathing system

The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator of the air conditioner digests and absorbs the heat in the water and begins to volatilize. The liquid refrigerant also volatilizes completely and becomes vapor state, which is absorbed by the refrigeration compressor and shrinks.According to the heat capacity digested and absorbed by the cooler, the vapor refrigerant solidifies into liquid. According to the expansion valve (or capillary) throttle valve, it becomes ultra-low temperature bottom pressure refrigerant and enters the air conditioning evaporator to carry out the whole process of refrigerant circulation system.

Basic composition of refrigeration unit:

Refrigeration compressor: refrigeration compressor is the key component of the refrigeration unit, and the effect is to convert the electromagnetic energy input into mechanical kinetic energy to reduce the refrigerant.

Cooler: in the whole process of refrigeration, the cooler plays the role of outputting energy and making the refrigerant cool enough. After the high-pressure and over temperature steam discharged from the refrigeration unit enters the cooler, the heat absorbed from the evaporator and refrigeration unit of the air conditioner and in the pipeline is transmitted to the surrounding substances (water or gas); the high-pressure and over temperature steam of the refrigerant solidifies into liquid again.

Reservoir: after the reservoir is installed in the cooler, it is immediately connected with the outlet pipe of the cooler. The refrigerant liquid of the cooler should be freely injected into the reservoir, so that the total refrigeration area of the cooler can be flexibly used. On the other hand, when the heat consumption of air conditioning evaporator changes, the demand of refrigerant liquid also changes. At that time, the liquid receiver has the function of regulating and storing refrigerant.

Dry filter device: in the refrigeration cycle, water and waste (oil stains, iron pins, copper chips) must be prevented from entering. If the water in the system software is not cleaned up, when the refrigerant according to the relief valve (expansion valve or capillary), due to the decrease of working pressure and temperature, sometimes the water will condense and become ice, which will block the safety channel and endanger the normal operation of the refrigeration equipment .

Expansion valve: in the refrigeration unit, the expansion valve is not only the regulating valve of the total flow, but also the overflow valve. In the refrigeration equipment, it is installed between the dry filter device and the air conditioning evaporator, and its temperature sensor package is bound at the inlet and outlet of the air conditioning evaporator. Its key function is to depressurize the refrigerant liquid under high pressure and normal temperature when it flows through the expansion valve, and turn it into ultra-low temperature bottom pressure refrigerant wet steam (into the air conditioning evaporator, where it gasifies and absorbs heat, so as to achieve the goal of cooling and desuperheating.

Air conditioning evaporator: air conditioning evaporator is a thermal equipment that digests and absorbs the calorific value of the refrigerated material with the help of the volatilization of refrigerant liquid. Its function in the refrigeration unit is to digest and absorb the heat (or output cooling capacity). In order to ensure that the whole process of volatilization can be carried out smoothly and for a long time, it is necessary to continuously use the refrigeration unit to absorb the volatilized vapor to maintain a certain volatilization working pressure.

Refrigerant: R22 as refrigerant. Its function is to carry the heat and complete the endothermic and exothermic reactions when the situation changes.

circulating water system 

The circulating water system pumps water from the water storage tank to the machinery and equipment that customers need to refrigerate. The temperature of the refrigerated water rises after the calorific value is taken away, and then returns to the refrigerated water storage tank.

Software of automatic control system for household appliances

The software of automatic control system for household appliances includes switching power supply and automatic control system.

Part of the switching power supply is based on the AC contactor to supply switching power supply for refrigeration compressor, cooling fan, centrifugal water pump, etc.

Part of the automatic control system consists of temperature controller, working pressure maintenance, time delay relay, automobile relay, over-voltage protection and so on. It can automatically start and stop according to the temperature, and maintain.

In the work before the operation of industrial production chiller, the equipment shall be installed in a firm site, so as to facilitate the actual operation and maintenance. There shall be an indoor space of more than 1 meter around the equipment, and there shall be no pyrogen, harmful substances, steam and combustible gas around, so as to ensure that the equipment will not be polluted by the environment and operate safely.

The equipment shall be placed in the area close to switching power supply and make-up water resources with convenient wiring. Sewage pipes shall be set around the equipment. If the equipment is placed outside the room, waterproof, rain proof and sunscreen isolation shed shall be built.

The installation site should pay attention to ventilation and be equipped with exhaust system machinery and equipment to ensure that the temperature around the equipment does not exceed 35 ; in cold areas, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature around the equipment is not less than zero to prevent the equipment from cracking.

The specification and model of the pipeline connected with the equipment shall refer to the requirements of technical performance parameters and shall not be changed at will.

Switch power supply connection

Connect the attached power plug (5m) which has been connected to the power switch of the control department to the power supply of the driving force switch. At this time, be sure to connect the terminal block (E). Otherwise, the risk of electric shock will occur due to operation error and water and oil leakage accidents.

Equipment power supply

Turn off the drain valve of the water storage tank and open the water resource valve, power supply valve, cooling water output valve and cooling water input valve.

According to the temperature and total flow of cooling circulating water and refrigerant water, the customer should show the data information on the technical performance parameters, otherwise the equipment will not work normally.
