All parts that can be removed should be removed and cleaned. The inner pipe wall of spray rod and nozzle should be smeared with engine oil to avoid moisture and rust. Secondly, check whether there is air leakage in each connection. When using, first install the clean water pipe for trial, and then install other things. When adding water, the stainless steel water tower should be kept unobstructed, and the liquid level should not exceed the safe water level.
Before use, open the water tower in advance to raise the air pressure in the barrel to the working pressure to ensure smooth water supply. Finally, the core components of the electric sprayer are pumps and batteries. Although there are several kinds of water pumps on the market, they are afraid of blocking. Therefore, clean water must be used to flush the medicine, and small filter screen must be used to filter when adding water to prevent blockage.
If the spray is not used in the short term, the main parts should be cleaned, dried and stored in a cool and dry place. If not used for a long time, all metal parts should be coated with butter to prevent rust.
When the water-cooled screw chiller is out of service, there will be no water in the water tower, which will lead to the blockage of some water pipes. It may also make the next use not smooth. Therefore, it should be used every one or two months.
