The pressure and temperature of the refrigerant in the evaporator of the industrial water chiller are the saturation pressure and temperature of the refrigerant, which can be measured by corresponding instruments or meters installed on the evaporator of the industrial water chiller. If one of these two parameters is measured, the value of the other can be found through the thermodynamic properties table of the refrigerant. When these two parameters can be detected, but they are different from the values displayed on the industrial chiller meter, we should check if there are too many impurities in the industrial chiller's refrigerant, or whether it is the sensor and meter Caused by damage and other reasons.
In fact, the evaporation pressure and the evaporation temperature are closely related to the heat brought into the evaporator by the chilled water of the industrial chiller. When the cooling load of the industrial chiller is large, the return temperature of the chilled water of the evaporator will increase, which will cause the evaporation temperature of the industrial chiller to increase, and the corresponding evaporation pressure will also increase. On the contrary, if the cooling load of the industrial chiller is reduced, the return temperature, evaporation temperature and evaporation pressure of the chilled water will all decrease.
In the actual operation of the industrial chiller, the cooling load of the unit often changes. In order to adapt the performance of the industrial chiller to this change, the industrial chiller factory adopts automatic control devices to adjust the energy of the industrial chiller. Maintain the pressure and temperature in the evaporator relatively stable within a small riot range. Under normal circumstances, when we equip an enterprise with industrial chillers, its cooling capacity must be slightly larger than the cooling load it bears, otherwise satisfactory cooling effects will not be obtained during operation.
The automatic control of the industrial chiller and the setting value of the protection components will keep the industrial chiller running under nominal conditions. However, if the outlet temperature of the chilled water of the industrial chiller is increased, it is very beneficial to its economy. Therefore, if the chiller is in operation and meets the requirements of the enterprise for the use of the industrial chiller, the chilled water outlet temperature can be increased as much as possible.
In addition, the difference between the evaporation temperature of the industrial chiller and the chilled water outlet temperature can also increase or decrease with the increase or decrease of the cooling load of the evaporator. Under the same load, the heat transfer coefficient decreases when the temperature difference increases. In addition, the size of the temperature difference is also related to the heat transfer area, and the dirt in the tube and the accumulation of lubricating fluid outside the tube also have a certain impact on it. In order to reduce the temperature difference and enhance the heat transfer effect, companies must regularly remove the dirt in the water pipes of the industrial chiller evaporator, and actively take measures to return the lubricating oil to the tank.
