1. Many factories are equipped with more than several chillers, and some are connected in parallel. Therefore, during use, you can decide to turn on the chiller according to production needs. However, many operators have to turn on the chiller before turning on The inlet and outlet valves on the evaporator of the unit are closed, causing part of the cold water to flow away from the evaporator of the unit that has never been opened, which affects the cooling effect of the chiller under working conditions.
2.When the first error operation occurs, the pressure drop of the inlet and outlet water of the working chiller evaporator will definitely decrease. Some operators did not close the inlet valve of the evaporator of the chiller that was not working, and increased the pressure drop of the inlet and outlet water of the evaporator of the chiller at work, but added the wrong one, and took the solution of adding a chiller pump. After adding the water pump, although the pressure drop of the inlet and outlet water of the chiller evaporator under working condition is increased, it is completely unnecessary to add the chiller pump. It is equivalent to two chiller pumps working for two evaporators, which is pure waste.
It can be seen from this that if any industry uses chillers, if you want to save energy, you must conduct a series of training for the chiller operators to prevent their wrong operation and waste electrical energy.
