In the industrial chiller system, such as condenser, separator, accumulator, evaporator, etc., these accessories need to be refueled after being used for a long time, and the method is very important in the process of draining the oil. The following explains the draining of the chiller accessories Steps.
1. Oil drain operation of washing oil separator:
(1) Before draining the oil, the liquid supply valve of the washing oil separator should be closed for 5-10 minutes, so that the refrigerant liquid in the oil is basically evaporated and the oil settles on the bottom of the oil separator. When the industrial chiller system is running, the time for stopping the supply of liquid to the washing oil separator should not be too long, so as not to hinder the normal operation of the system.
(2)When the temperature in the lower part of the oil separator shell rises to 40-45°C, open the oil drain valve and the oil inlet valve of the oil collector to drain oil to the oil collector.
(3) When it is found that the pipeline at the drain valve of the washing oil separator is cold or frosted, it means that the oil has been drained. Close the drain valve and open the liquid supply valve to restore the normal operation of the washing oil separator.
(4)The number of oil drains of the washing oil separator should be determined according to the oil consumption of the compressor, generally not less than once a week. If the lower part of the container (liquid supply pipe) is found to be hot during the operation of the washing-type oil separator, it means that there is lubricating oil in the separator and the oil should be drained in time.
2.Oil drain operation of condenser:
(1)It is best to stop the condenser when draining the oil. If the oil is drained during operation, try to choose when the compressor discharge temperature is low.
(2)Open the oil drain valve of the condenser and the oil inlet valve of the oil collector to drain the oil to the oil collector.
(3)When the drain valve pipeline is cold or frosted, close the drain valve and the oil inlet valve of the oil collector.
(4)The condenser should be drained regularly according to the operating conditions of the equipment, generally 1 to 2 times a month. If there are multiple condensers that need to be drained, it can be done in turn.
3. Oil discharge operation of high pressure reservoir:
(1)When the oil level in the liquid level indicator of the high-pressure reservoir rises, it indicates that there is oil accumulation in the reservoir, and the oil can be drained.
(2)Open the oil drain valve of the high-pressure accumulator and the oil inlet valve of the oil collector, and close the oil drain valve and the oil inlet valve of the oil collector after the oil drain is completed. The high-pressure accumulator generally does not stop working when draining oil, and drains the oil directly to the oil collector.
(3)The high-pressure reservoir should also be drained regularly, usually 1 to 2 times a month.
4.Oil drain operation of the intercooler:
(1)The oil drain operation method and procedure of the intermediate cooler are the same as the washing oil separator.
(2)Most of the lubricating oil carried in the exhaust of the low-pressure stage of the two-stage compressor is separated and deposited in the intercooler, so the intercooler should be drained at least once a week.
5.Draining operation of low-pressure circulating reservoir:
(1)When the chiller system stops running or meets the requirements and shuts down, the pressure in the low-pressure circulating accumulator rises, and the oil drain operation should be performed at this time.
(2)In order not to affect the normal operation of the refrigerator system, the low-pressure circulation accumulator does not stop working during the oil drain operation, but opens the drain valve to drain the oil directly to the oil collector. But because the pressure difference is too small, the oil drain speed is slow.
(3)After the hot ammonia is frosted, the pressure in the low-pressure circulating reservoir is higher, and the hot ammonia can be used to properly pressurize, and the oil is best discharged at this time. After the hot ammonia flushing discharge liquid is discharged into the low-pressure circulating reservoir, it should be allowed to stand for 10-20 minutes to precipitate the oil. At this time, the pressure in the vessel can be increased to 0.3~0.35 MPa, and the oil drain valve can be opened. Drain the oil from the oil collector. After draining the oil, slowly lower the internal pressure to the evaporation pressure to resume normal operation.
