How to solve the problem that the industrial water chiller can't start

Check the main power circuit first. For example, whether the switching power supply has electricity, whether the working voltage of the industrial ice water machine is normal, whether the fuse of the starting load has been burnt out, whether the air leakage switch has tripped, whether the contact point of the power switch is good, and whether the switching power supply is open. When starting, check the ammeter and galvanometer. When the industrial water chiller is not installed with ammeter and galvanometer, the multimeter or measuring pen can be selected to check the condition of switching power supply. When the power supply voltage is too low, the compressor will not start.

For the piston refrigeration compressor, most of the piston pins and sleeves of the crankshaft connecting rod are not locked. This may be caused by the high temperature of the exhaust pipe during the previous operation, or by the adhesion between the cylinder and the piston rod caused by the grease coking plant, so that the compressor can not be started.

Check the pressure difference automobile relay and high and low voltage automobile relay. When the steam pressure of the compressor is abnormal, it can stop the compressor. In addition, when the working pressure of the compressor exhaust pipe and the breathing working pressure are abnormal, the compressor can not be started or the compressor will stop running quickly after it has been started.

Check whether the water quantity, cooling water amount and temperature are all normal. If the water quantity is small and the temperature is high, the cold suspected working pressure will rise greatly and the volatile temperature will decrease rapidly. Because the generator set maintains the equipment posture, it usually shuts down quickly.

Check whether the relevant relays and regulating valves are invalid, and whether they are opened or closed as required.

Check whether there is steam parameter leakage or incorrect adjustment in the temperature sensor package of automobile relay.
