It should be noted that whether the cold water pump is built-in or external, it is recommended that the location of the cold water pump should be lower than the water level of the cold water storage tank (pool). In this way, the circulating water pump can absorb cold water well, but in some cases, due to the needs or limitations of the installation environment, the water level of the cold water storage tank (pool) may be higher than that of the storage tank (pool).
When the cold water system is running, the water can not be sucked in, resulting in the failure of insufficient cold water flow in the chiller. Chiller users can query the cause in the fault display of chiller control panel. The solution steps are as follows:
Fill with rubber hose ( Open its small valve ) Cold water storage tank ( pool ) Make up water pipe reserved on the main pipe and return to the cold water circulating pump. Use a wrench to open the small exhaust plug of the cold water circulating pump ( If there is water, tighten again ) Until it returns to the cold water storage tank ( pool ) There is water backflow in the large pipe of the pump, and open the rubber hose to see if there are bubbles. If there are bubbles, continue to add water until there are no bubbles, and then close the small valve ;
Turn on the chiller for 1-3 minutes. If a large amount of water in the main pipe returns to the tank, there will be no problem.
If there is not enough or no water return, repeat the above irrigation.
