These parameters meet the requirements of the set operating conditions as normal, and the parameters that deviate from the requirements of the operating conditions are abnormal.

The second touch, as the name suggests, has to be in contact with industrial chillers. I usually touch the parts and pipes of the chiller, such as air pipes, liquid pipes, water pipes, oil pipes, etc., and feel the working temperature and vibration of the compressor, the inlet and outlet temperature of the evaporator and condenser, and the oil stains at the pipe joints. The third listening is to listen to the operating industrial chiller for abnormal sound, so as to judge the nature and location of the fault. The most important thing is to listen to the compressor, lubricating oil pump, solenoid valve of the system, throttle valve and other equipment for abnormal noise.
