Many people use the operation of the chiller is wrong. The following is the basic knowledge that the chiller company will tell you about during the maintenance：
（1） Regular maintenance every month：①Check whether the voltage is normal or open phase.②Check and record the running current.③Measure and record whether the concave convex pressure and temperature control are normal. (normal low pressure is 1.5MPa / low pressure is 0.45MPa).④Check whether the chain control circuit is loose or aging.⑤Check whether the oil level and temperature are normal.⑥Check whether the shortening machine has abnormal sound and abnormal vibration.⑦Refrigerant system test.⑧Overall commissioning and testing.⑨Regularly check whether the quality of chilled water and cooling water is normal by air-cooled chiller. When the water quality becomes turbid or deteriorated, please change the water source in real time.
（2） Annual maintenance：①The condenser is cleaned (once in six months).②Clean up cooling tower (once once for three months for water cooled reactor operation).③Check the refrigeration oil and smooth oil system, and replace and make up if necessary.④Check and maintain the main motor circuit system.⑤Shorten the motor coil insulation test.⑥Check if the dry filter is normal and if there is any blockage. If necessary, replace it with a more air-cooled chiller.⑦Check the refrigerant quantity and make up the refrigerant in real time.⑧Check and revise the concave convex pressure switch.⑨Check and revise the thermostat.⑩Test run and general correction, test whether the superheat is normal, and whether there is abnormal sound in each part.
（3） The following items must be checked before the initial operation of the chiller:①Please refer to the nameplate for the power supply voltage and phase number of air-cooled chiller.[Note: the refrigeration motor above 3HP adopts three-phase five wire power supply with voltage of 380-415v / 50 Hz. The power supply phase line is divided into R, s and t. the neutral line (zero line) is n. the grounding wire is a two-color line. It is indicated by E. there is a wrong or missing phase shielding device inside. When the no light or red light flashes and the fault code and alarm signal are displayed during the first startup, the phase line can be arbitrarily connected and then the switch can be closed.The chiller below 3HP adopts single-phase power supply, with the voltage of 220-240v/50hz power supply phase line L, the center line being N and the ground wire being E.②Whether the chilled water pipe and the circulating water pipe of the cold air-cooled chiller are connected to the pipeline and the valve is opened;During installation, please check whether the machine is damaged, and select the appropriate location for installation and future maintenance.The installation site of the unit must be floor, installation pad or foundation, the degree of which is less than 6.4mm, and can meet the operating load of the unit.③The unit should be placed in the room temperature of 4.4-43.3 ℃, and there should be enough space around and above the unit for general shielding work.④At one end of the unit, there should be a space for cleaning the condenser tube, or the door opening or other openings with suitable position.⑤Select the water pipe with appropriate pipe diameter, cooling system and cold water system when the unit operates at maximum power, and connect them properly.
