Bangladesh Textile Industry Chiller Project Case
In 2023,RICOM reached a cooperation with Bangladesh's textile company Orient Allure Knitwear Ltd, and successfully completed the supply project of core equipment for its new factory central air conditioning system. As a supplier of overall temperature and humidity control solutions in the textile industry, this cooperation marks an important breakthrough in our company in the South Asian market.
We will provide the following equipment for the air conditioning system of its new factory:
- Two 150 tons screw water cooling units - These units will provide efficient refrigeration for the entire system, ensuring temperature control within the plant.
- Water pump - Includes a 10 kW water pump and a 15 kW water pump to support the circulation and flow of cooling water and ensure the stable operation of the system.
- 7000 liter stainless steel water tank - This water tank is designed to meet the storage needs of water for refrigeration systems and maintain the water quality stability.
- 220RT water tower - used to cool circulating water, realize efficient heat exchange, and further improve the performance of the air conditioning system.
- 100 Air Handlers (AHUs) - These devices will be used directly to regulate the air quality and temperature in the plant to provide employees with a comfortable working environment.
The production and delivery of these equipment will provide strong refrigeration and air conditioning support for Orient Allure Knitwear Ltd's new plant, promoting its production efficiency and product quality.
At present, the equipment has been installed and debugged and put into operation. Our technical team will continue to provide remote monitoring services. The successful implementation of this project has established a benchmark case for our company to expand the South Asian textile industry market, and will deepen cooperation with Orient Allure in the field of smart factory construction in the future.
