2. When the generator set generates a common fault alarm shutdown, first press the alarm shutdown button (the alarm light will be off), and then check the cause of common faults. The humidifier does not have to be forced to start before the common faults are cleared.
3. Do not turn off the generator set by disconnecting the switching power supply even if it is not an emergency; If the generator set is not used for a long time in winter, turn off the generator set first, and then turn off the main switch power supply to drain the water in the industrial water chiller.
4. In order to ensure the good heat removal effect of air-cooled industrial chiller, it is necessary to keep the surface of the hot air fan coil clean, ensure the indoor ventilation around the machine and low temperature, and clean the hot air fan coil on time.
5. Air cooled industrial water chiller, after starting, first check whether the centrifugal fan's turn is appropriate. If everything is normal, it can be used normally. If it is reversed, the switching power supply wiring is on the contrary. Try to remove and replace the zero line and fire line before restarting.
6. Maintain the cleaning of the main engine room, good natural ventilation, clean the cooler on time to ensure all normal operation of the generator set.
7. Industrial chillers need to maintain the cleaning of the closed cooling tower, maintain the indoor ventilation and low temperature around the cooling tower, prevent dirt from entering the closed cooling tower, and reduce the heat removal efficiency.
8. If the industrial water chiller has been used for 6 months, the dehumidifier or high / low pressure switch will often have common faults, or the working capacity of the refrigerator will be reduced, the workers should be assigned to clean the cooler.
