1. Equipped with cleaning fluid:
Refer to the instructions for use of the cleaning solution and add cold water to dissolve the cleaning agent. 2. Drain the old oil:
Heat the equipment to about 50°C and blow it off with compressed air to drain the old oil. The recommended air pressure is 3 to 5 kg.
3. Rinse:
Fill the heat-conducting oil furnace with clean water, heat it to 80°C, circulate for a period of time, then drain the waste water, and re-wash 2-3 times according to this process.
4. Cleaning:
Turn on the oil pump for circulation. When the pressure is stable, the heating can be turned on. At this time, the exhaust valve and the fuel tank cover need to be opened. Heat it to 90℃ and ensure that the water is in a non-boiling state, circulate for 10-12 hours, and discharge the cleaning agent and dirty liquid.
