In the process of using the chiller, I sometimes feel that the cooling capacity of the unit is weakened, which makes my friends very distressed. The refrigeration environment should be checked, and the fin threaded copper tube of the shell and tube condenser should be cleaned with compressed air. If this happens to a new machine, is the cooling capacity insufficient? For the old machine, consider whether the internal threaded copper tube of the shell and tube evaporator is fouled, which affects the heat exchange effect of the chiller. It is better to clean the shell and tube evaporator regularly. Also check for refrigerant leaks.
The following exclusion methods can be used:
1. Whether the suction filter is clogged and the suction pressure loss is too large, resulting in a drop in suction pressure and a decrease in volumetric efficiency. Solution: Remove the filter screen of the suction filter and clean it.
2. Whether the suction pressure is lower than the evaporation pressure, check the corresponding valve
3. Whether the position of the spool valve is inappropriate or other faults, check the indicator and adjust the position to overhaul the spool valve.
4. Abnormal wear and tear of the unit causes excessive gaps. Adjust or replace parts.
5. Whether the fuel injection volume is insufficient and the sealing effect cannot be achieved, check whether the safety valve is sealed, check the oil pump, oil filter, oil circuit, and increase the oil volume.
6. Leakage between high and low pressure systems, check the bypass pipelines used for driving and stopping.
7. Whether the exhaust pressure of the chiller is higher than the condensing pressure, and the volumetric efficiency is decreased: Check the exhaust system piping and valves, and the air infiltration in the system should be eliminated.
8. Whether the refrigerant is leaking, the leaking of the refrigerant will cause the evaporation pressure to drop. Method: stop the machine and check the leak location.
